Change of help and Support site


As you might have notice we have had problems with the support ticket service lately and have decided to terminate the outsourcing service and bring it in-house.
We have started developing a series of explanation videos, starting with the all important¬†“Getting started”!
At the moment we concentrate on FAQ and the videos – however the site will include a Knowledge base that are being built as we speak.
